How it works
- Fill in the form.
- We will look for an intermediary for your family. An intermediary is someone who works with children and young people. This could be a teacher or a member of the social community team.
This intermediary will contact you. You will complete an application together for your child to join a club.
OR - We will send you an e-mail (in Dutch) with the contact details of an intermediary. You can call or e-mail the intermediary and ask them to help you with the application for your child to join a club.
Important information
You cannot submit an application yourself. You must complete the application with the help of an intermediary. This could be a teacher, a community sports coach, or a member of the social community team.
We will pay the membership fee or tuition fee directly to the club. You will not receive any money yourself.
