• Let your child take a trial lesson before submitting an application. This way, they'll already be familiar with the sports or cultural provider, making the application process smoother.
• Use us parent formParents can complete this form at home and request the information you need for the application in advance from the sports or cultural provider.
• Please ensure you enter the correct name of the sports or cultural provider and the exact membership fee in your application for quick and accurate processing. This information can often be found on your registration form.
• If you would like to see the approval letter and/or voucher, you can always find it in the child's application under the "print" link.
