INNERWHEEL donates to the Youth Fund!

Fred van Brussel, board member of the Youth Fund Sport & Culture Almere, received a check for 4250 euros from Inner Wheel Almere on Friday, July 5 – it Gooi. The Youth Fund is thrilled with this donation, as without donations like this, it wouldn't be possible to help all the children in Almere. In Almere, 1 in 8 children grows up in poverty! The Youth Fund's mission is to ensure that all children can participate, regardless of their financial situation at home.

By organizing a bridge tournament and a charity golf tournament at Almeerderhout Golf Club, the women of Inner Wheel raised €4,250. Inner Wheel stated that the joy they had in raising this generous amount during the game was their goal. Because that's a feeling everyone deserves! That's why they decided to donate to the Youth Fund. The Youth Fund will use the donation directly to cover membership fees for children and young people from Almere.

Service club Inner Wheel Almere – 't Gooi was founded on November 17, 2012, and is part of a globally active, independent service organization with over 100,000 members. The club stands for friendship, fundraising, and maintaining international contacts. Inner Wheel Almere – 't Gooi is happy to support local projects, and this season the club's charity was the Youth Fund.
