Since last year, HockeyWerkt has been a partner of the 's-Hertogenbosch-Vught Youth Fund for Sports and Culture. The organization prioritizes fun, attention, and development! HockeyWerkt provides hockey clubs with professional coaches and qualified personnel, bringing hockey clubs and coaches together. The Den Bosch-based company also organizes fun staff for after-school care organizations and provides training and activities for everyone who can't get enough of hockey, including the fun "gnome hockey" game for the little ones.

HockeyWerkt has 20 employees and places 250 coaches throughout the country. Every week, it has direct (through clubs) and indirect contact with 50,000 hockey players in the Netherlands. The organization therefore plays an important role in hockey as a recreational sport.

As a partner of the Youth Fund for Sport & Culture, HockeyWerkt contributes to raising awareness of the Youth Fund for Sport & Culture within the hockey world and beyond. The Youth Fund is integrated into Hockeywerkt's various communications, including its website, events, and coaching apparel. Hockeywerkt believes everyone has the right to participate in sports and the attention and enjoyment that come with them. Koen Brok (HockeyWerkt Marketer): "We believe it's important that sports are accessible to everyone. Especially in hockey, there's a world to be gained in that regard. Our goal is to introduce more clubs and families to the Youth Fund for Sport & Culture. We're focusing our communications with clubs on this. As a club, you have to make it clear that everyone can and should participate."
