ALL AMERFOORT PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS RECEIVE A FREE SUMMER FUN PASS

Amersfoort's best children's passport is coming! A paper booklet full of summer activities for all children aged 4 to 12. With the free Summer Fun Pass, they can enjoy sporty, creative, and adventurous summer activities throughout the summer holidays. Over 15,000 children at more than 50 schools will receive the third edition of the Summer Fun Pass through their school this year.

The ZomerPretPas is a passport-style booklet that allows children aged 4 to 12 to enjoy fun summer activities throughout the city and beyond for six weeks, either free or at a discount. ZomerPretPas goes into space, so the summer activities are divided into five planets: Sports Planet, Nature Planet, Creative Planet, Discovery Planet, and Gourmet Planet. Each holiday week, from July 20 to September 1, 2019, children can choose which summer activities they want to participate in. After each summer activity, they receive a stamp on the back of their ZomerPretPas.

Starting Monday, July 15th, Summer Fun Passes will be handed out to children at school by their own teacher. Children from Amersfoort who attend school outside of Amersfoort can send an email to info@zomerpretpas.nl.

ZomerPretPas is a non-profit initiative of the KliederBoel foundation and is made possible by a subsidy from IndeBuurt033, the municipality of Amersfoort. It is also made possible by the selfless participation of local businesses and sports clubs in all neighborhoods of the city, organizations such as the SRO, ABC Amersfoort, Kunstbrouwerij, Het Groene Huis, Spoffin, Medialab, Herman van Veen Art Center, Superfun, and all primary schools in Amersfoort.
