For Whom?

• Parents with an income of 130% of the social minimum. For 2024, this means €2039 ,- net for single parents and €2374For two-parent families. Higher-income families who have been accepted into a debt restructuring program can also receive compensation.

What is paid?

• Sports: maximum €280, and football €225. Sometimes the mandatory match shirt is included.
• Culture: maximum €350, and sometimes the rental of a musical instrument.
• Diploma swimming is not reimbursed, for this go to St. Participate.
• 1 application per child (i.e. sports or culture).

➡️ Let op: vanaf 1 maart 2026 start de nieuwe werkwijze van het sport- en cultuurtegoed van de gemeente Rotterdam. Met dit tegoed kunnen kinderen uit gezinnen met een laag inkomen meedoen aan sportieve en culturele activiteiten bij aangesloten aanbieders. Het tegoed wordt automatisch op de Rotterdampas van de kinderen gezet, zodat ze hun lessen direct kunnen betalen. Via deze website van de gemeente kunnen aanbieders zich alvast laten registreren. ➡️ Tot 1 maart 2026 worden de aanvragen via de huidige route ingediend via het Jeugdfonds Sport en Cultuur. Nieuwe aanvragen gelden voor een heel seizoen, dus de looptijd kan ook na 1 maart nog doorlopen. Wil je voor 1 maart 2026 aanbieder worden?
