Sports day at AZ by Youth Fund Sports & Culture Alkmaar!

On Tuesday afternoon, September 5th, the Youth Fund for Sports and Culture organized a sports and culture day at the AZ stadium. We believe it's important that every child in Alkmaar has the opportunity to play football, dance, participate in gymnastics, or take music lessons, even if they don't have the financial means at home. By organizing this day, children can discover which sport or cultural activity suits them best!

AZ day!
On this day, children aged 4 to 12 were present to experience various sports and cultural activities for free. The activities included football, street dance, karate, and Badmation.

The children's parents were also present, of course. AlkmaarSport and Stichting Leergeld were also present and gave a presentation to inform the parents about the options.

At the end of the day, various prizes were raffled off among the children. There were spectacular prizes to be won, including various AZ-themed items, tickets to the VUE, and much more! It was a fun and successful day, and the children had a wonderful time!
