Extension of collaboration with MHC Rosmalen until 2024!

Every child can participate. For many Rosmalen residents, being a member of MHC Rosmalen is a given. However, there are children in Rosmalen (under 18) who, due to their parents' financial situation, cannot become members. And this number is expected to increase in the near future due to rising energy prices and inflation. That is why MHC Rosmalen and the Youth Fund Sports & Culture 's-Hertogenbosch-Vught have extended their existing partnership until 2024.
Club sports, including hockey, help children develop physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially. The child benefits from this, as do the family and the local community. Therefore, there should be no barriers to joining a sports club.
"Every child should be able to participate," explains Daniëlle van Aarle, chair of the Rosmalen hockey club. "We want as many people as possible to continue to enjoy hockey and our club." The Youth Fund offers financial support to parents who cannot afford their children's membership fees. That's why we collaborate with the Youth Fund for Sports & Culture 's-Hertogenbosch-Vught.
To qualify for compensation from the Youth Fund for Sports and Culture, an application can be submitted through one of the Youth Fund's intermediaries. These intermediaries work in social work, social services, education, or the Leergeld Den Bosch foundation," explains Carmen Nijssen, coordinator of the Youth Fund for Sports and Culture 's-Hertogenbosch-Vught.
