VACANCY: Administrative Assistant Youth Fund Sports & Culture
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll help children from low-income families pursue their passions! Are you an administrative talent with a passion for sports and culture? Apply by May 23rd!
Your duties
As part of the Youth Fund back-office team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission! You'll handle incoming applications and requests and ensure they are processed quickly. You'll review and approve invoices, and ensure the intermediary network and system remain up-to-date.
Your position within the team
Along with 10 direct colleagues in the Funds team, you'll be working for the Youth Sports and Culture Fund. This fund helps children up to 18 years old enjoy sports and culture. Collaborate with passionate colleagues across the country and make a difference!
Your talents
We're looking for a go-getter who wants to make a social impact with us. You'll have frequent contact with intermediaries, associations, and colleagues. It's important that you can handle pressure well: applications must be processed quickly. You'll work accurately, be customer-focused, and demonstrate initiative. A minimum of a vocational (MBO) degree and experience with administrative tasks, telephone customer service, and Windows applications are required. In short, you're an administrative all-rounder with a customer-focused approach.
Your regional office: Vianen
You'll be working at our location in Vianen. This is where the provincial sports organization Team Sportservice Province of Utrecht is based, with approximately 55 employees. The Youth Fund for Sports & Culture North Holland and Utrecht manages the administration and coordination through Team Sportservice. Our colleagues implement sports policy and various provincial projects related to sports, exercise, and health in several municipalities. This is also where our Youth Fund back office operates.

If we both believe there's a good fit, we'd love to welcome you as a new team member. You'll start with a one-year contract starting June 1st (earlier is also possible) for 16-24 hours per week. The hours can be spread out across the working days as desired. If you prove suitable, an extension is possible. In terms of employment conditions, you'll fall under the Collective Labor Agreement for the Sports Sector, scale 4 (minimum €2,440 and maximum €2,700) based on a 38-hour workweek.
