Univé is a supporter of the Youth Fund

Univé is a Supporter of Sport, committed to making sports and exercise accessible to everyone and encouraging physical activity. Since 2024, Univé has also been a proud supporter of the Youth Fund.

Jellie Ponne, Univé, says about this: Participating in sports, exercising, and experiencing sport isn't something everyone takes for granted. As a supporter of the Youth Fund, we're making sports a little more accessible for children. And with everything we do, we want to be a source of inspiration for young people to get moving.”  

Through "Supporter of Sport," Univé is spotlighting the Youth Fund with a segment featuring Youth Fund Sport & Culture Friesland ambassador and ice hockey player Tony Demelinne. As an ice hockey player for Unis Flyers, he experiences the value of sports every day. But not every child gets the chance to play sports. Tony Demelinne knows this better than anyone: “If I hadn't made the first team at 12, my parents wouldn't have been able to afford my sport anymore.” Watch the item [here] in which Tony explains his commitment to the Youth Fund.
