Thank you intermediaries!
At the start of Children's Music Week, we invited all our intermediaries to a wonderful gathering to thank them for their efforts. This gathering, with a cultural touch, took place at SPOT/De Oosterpoort. During breakfast, various ideas, experiences, and tips were exchanged. Afterwards, we were welcomed to the rehearsal of the North Netherlands Orchestra. This orchestra rehearsed for the family concert the next day, where they performed the fairy tale ofDoornroosje tells and performs. After a backstage tour, violin teacher Annefloor Plantinga enthusiastically spoke about her passion, teaching practice, challenges, and the importance of music education. It was a morning filled with energy and an exchange of experiences and ideas.
Special thanks to the NNO (Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) for providing free tickets for the Doornroosje family concert for children and families who use the Youth Sports & Culture Fund!
