New application form
From Monday, December 4, the application form on allekinderendoenmee.nl will have a new look.
With the revamped application form, we've made it easier for our intermediaries to submit an application for a child or young person. The form now consists of several steps, and a summary screen has been added so you can easily review all the information you've entered before submitting the application to us.
