More than €100,000 raised for 'Every child a music lesson'
The AVROTROS radio program De Muziekfabriek, part of NPO Klassiek, ran from Friday, April 4th, to Saturday, April 12th, to raise money for the Youth Fund. Donations have continued to come in since the final broadcast, bringing the final total to €100,733.34!
Saturday was the final day of the campaign A music lesson for every childIt was a week in which, together with listeners, money was raised to ensure that even more children can experience music lessons, regardless of their financial situation at home.
A staggering €100,733.34 was raised, allowing us to fund over 2,622 music lessons for children. A huge thank you to De Muziekfabriek, and a special thanks to our ambassadors Lucas and Arthur Jussen, Brigitte Heitzer, and musical star Soraya Gerrits for all their support during this campaign.
