Met Panna de wijk in, in provincie Utrecht!

For the second year in a row, the Youth Fund for Sports & Culture, together with Panna Knock Out, is organizing free neighborhood street soccer tournaments. Children and young people can participate for free at no fewer than 30 locations, from Heerenveen to Vlissingen. This includes the province of Utrecht! 

Former world champion and Youth Fund ambassador Nasser El Jackson is once again committed to introducing children and young people in their own neighborhoods to panna and street football.

Street footballer Nasser El Jackson: “I'm incredibly proud to inspire the next generation on this tour. Everyone deserves to play sports, even if they can't afford it at home. It's an honor to be able to contribute to this!"

The organizations focus primarily on neighborhoods where many families struggle to make ends meet. The goal of the neighborhood tournaments is to get more children and young people to join clubs. At the club, you'll make new friends, have fun, and learn new skills. Can't afford a club at home? The Youth Fund will pay for it!

Panna in the Province of Utrecht

The Panna Knock Out on tour kicked off on May 3rd. The Panna Knock Out tournament recently took place in Soest and Amerongen in the province of Utrecht (see photo).

On Friday 9 August, Panna Knock Out will be on Tour in Zeist.
From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, we'll be at Laan van Vollenhove 1457 in Zeist (next to Op Dreef primary school) with Sportief Zeist. Participation is free! You can register with Neighborhood Sports Coach Jordy Kurvers via www.sportiefzeist.nl, or on the day itself.

The winners of all local tournaments qualify for the Dutch National Panna Knockout Championships in Amsterdam. If transportation is an issue, the Youth Fund will provide free public transportation to the National Championships for all finalists and a parent/guardian.
