Maverick and Van Lanchot Kempen kick for Amsterdam children
"Keep the chain tight for sports opportunities for Amsterdam kids."
Under that motto, on a radiant Friday, September 13th Ambassador Tim Veldt was on the road with our loyal partners Maverick and the Van Lanchot Kempen Foundation. Twenty enthusiastic participants, with varying degrees of cycling experience, learned about our fund and the opportunities children gain through sports participation. The participants themselves had the chance to meet four-time Olympians.ër Tim Veldt to ride a lap in the Olympic Stadium and in the beautiful polders near Amsterdam.
The Amsterdam Youth Sports Fund greatly appreciates the support of these partners, and we are thrilled that a sporty, inspiring afternoon has once again contributed to sports opportunities for Amsterdam children!
