Lions Club benefit concert raises €3,000 for JFC Arnhem!
On Sunday, March 31, the Lions Club Arnhem organized its benefit concert in the Vredeberg Church in Oosterbeek.
The varied concert, performed by Lorenzo Gatto on violin and Julien Libeer on piano, was attended by a large audience. It was a magnificent performance by two musicians who will undoubtedly be heard often in major concert halls.
At the end of the performance, the president of the Lions presented a check for €3,000 to Dick van der Meer, chairman of Jeugdfons Cultuur Arnhem.
This amount will be used for a music project in the Presikhaaf neighborhood, where a classical music week will be organized in early 2020. El Ele Wereld Dans en Muziekschool is responsible for organizing the event.
