End of school campaign

Successful completion of the Youth Fund Sports & Culture school campaign in Zeeland

The Youth Fund for Sports & Culture has completed a successful school campaign in recent months. The team traveled with their eye-catching Youth Fund bus to 36 primary schools in 12 municipalities in Zeeland. The goal: to introduce as many children as possible to sports and culture in an accessible way.

Various workshops were organised at the schools, allowing students to release their energy through sports such as boxing, football and handball, but also discover their creativity through music, theater and dance.

The campaign was received enthusiastically: in total 1164 children participated in the activities. This gave hundreds of children the opportunity to try something new and experience the value of sports and culture.

In addition to introducing sports and culture, the campaign also offered the opportunity to to contact the schools directlyTogether with the schools, the Youth Fund now wants to explore how the fund can be further strengthened and embedded within education, so that all children who need it can find their way to sports and culture.

With the school campaign, the Youth Fund for Sports & Culture is taking another step towards a accessible sports and cultural offerings for all children in Zeeland.
