Donation from Forte Childcare

On Thursday, December 8th, Forte Childcare, presented a generous donation of €2,500 to the North Holland Youth Fund for Sports and Culture, courtesy of Arthur de Flart! This Thursday also marked the start of a week of sports and cultural activities at Forte's childcare facilities.

Thomas Ouwejan, professional footballer and ambassador for the North Holland Youth Fund for Sports and Culture, was present to accept the donation. After the presentation, the children could ask him anything, get his autograph, and have their picture taken with him.

At Forte, they give children a solid foundation for the future. They believe it's important to raise children's awareness of the world around them, show them what it has to offer, and what they can give back. Therefore, Forte decided not to give children and parents a holiday gift this year, but to donate to the North Holland Youth Fund for Sports and Culture.

To involve all children, they organized activities at all locations from December 8th to 16th, focused on Sports and Culture. They also watched the Youth Sports & Culture Fund video together. This gave children and parents insight into the fact that participation is unfortunately not possible for all families. They also explained that they can help make participation possible for more children.

Thanks to the donation from Forte Childcare, even more children living in poverty will have the opportunity to participate in sports and culture!
