Bonifatius run raises €1004 for the Youth Fund for Sports & Culture Friesland
On Saturday, April 20, the 22th The Bonifatius Run will take place in Dokkum. It's often called the most beautiful run in the North. The start and finish are around the Bonifatius Chapel, and participants will run various distances in and around Dokkum.
The proceeds from the Bonifatius Run go to a good cause every year. This year, €1,004.50 was donated to the Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur Fryslân (Frisian Youth Fund for Sports and Culture). The check was presented by participants and volunteers of the Bonifatius Run Dokkum. Wytze Visser, board member of the Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur Fryslân, accepted the check.
With this amount, we help families who don't have enough money to join a sports or cultural club. The fund pays for the club and any necessary supplies.
