Arie Brouwer donates €2950 to the Utrecht Youth Fund for Sports & Culture

Arie Brouwer enjoyed working as a physiotherapist for 44 years. Effective March 1st, he retired from Scheepjeshof Physiotherapy in Veenendaal. Upon his retirement, he requested a contribution to the Utrecht Youth Sports & Culture Fund instead of gifts.

Arie Brouwer: I've been able to help so many people, including many (elite) athletes. I know from experience that sports are crucial for personal development and for developing healthy habits. Every child should therefore have the opportunity to participate in sports. I believe this also applies to music or dance lessons. Because it's not always financially possible for every child, the Youth Fund for Sports & Culture supports this. I think it's a wonderful initiative..

To his surprise, Arie's efforts yielded the impressive sum of €2,950! "Thanks to everyone who contributed. At least more children in Veenendaal can now play sports or take music lessons!" said Arie Brouwer.
