Prince Hendrik Vught
Since 2018, Prince Hendrik Vught has been a social partner of the 's-Hertogenbosch-Vught Youth Fund for Sports and Culture. Prince Hendrik Vught is a leading sports club in Vught, with two major departments: athletics/running (approximately 1,400 members) and gymnastics/beautiful gymnastics (approximately 600). Prince Hendrik Vught has pursued an active corporate social responsibility policy for years, including disability sports; a community center for social gatherings; after-school sports, childcare, and participation in the child poverty network in Vught.
This year and next, the club will intensify its efforts to include children from low-income families in sports. For example, parents who want their children to join Prins Hendrik Vught will be informed on the website about the support options available from the Youth Sports and Culture Fund. An internal contact person will also be appointed, and youth coaches will be informed about child poverty and the opportunities offered by the Youth Sports and Culture Fund and the Stichting Leergeld (Education Fund).
For 2020, Prince Hendrik Vught is looking for an opportunity to link the Youth Fund as a charity to a specific activity of Prince Hendrik Vught.
