Ambassador Benthe König: I hope that every child can play sports

Benthe is an athlete studying biomedical sciences. She hopes to compete in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. She believes it's important that every child has access to sports. "I think the Youth Fund is a great initiative; it's good for every child to participate in sports. It certainly doesn't have to be elite sports; simply enjoying the movement is enough. I understand that parents with financial worries sometimes have other priorities, but the Youth Fund offers the opportunity for children to participate. As an ambassador, I hope to help more parents get involved!"
