The municipality of Buren joins the Adult Fund

From now on, adults from the Local authority Neighbors who live around the subsistence level, make use of the Adult Fund Sports & CultureResidents aged 18 and older can apply for a sports or cultural activity. The municipality has been involved in the Youth Fund Sports & Culture and now also at the Adult Fund.

The municipality of Buren considers participation in sports and cultural activities very important. By now also joining the Adult Fund, we're actively contributing to a healthy and happy life for all residents of our municipality. This aligns perfectly with the vision of the "Neighbors Move" sports and health policy. On February 4th, the municipal council unanimously decided to launch the Adult Sports & Culture Fund. The Adult Fund will replace the current participation scheme for low-income earners within the municipality of Buren.

How does the Adult Sports & Culture Fund work?
