Merger of the Limburg Youth Sports Fund and the Limburg Youth Culture Fund
Party time!! And that calls for cake.
Effective January 1, 2023, the Limburg Youth Culture Fund and Limburg Youth Sports Fund have merged. From now on, we will operate under the name Limburg Youth Sports & Culture Fund. This allows us to join forces and reach and support more children and young people in Limburg in participating in sports and cultural activities. We are eager to continue under one name starting in 2023 and work together to ensure that as many children and young people as possible can participate in sports and cultural activities.
With this merger, the chair of the Limburg Youth Culture Fund is stepping down. Petra Dassen, after seven years as chair of the Limburg Youth Culture Fund, will pass the baton to Birgit op de Laak. Petra Dassen will remain an ambassador for the Limburg Youth Sports & Culture Fund.
