CrossFit Alkmaar in action for the Youth Fund
A team from CrossFit Alkmaar accomplished an incredible feat. The athletes ran and cycled a circuit of the IJsselmeer, a whopping 400 kilometers long! All this to benefit the Youth Sports Fund in Alkmaar.
CrossFit Alkmaar cares about children who don't get access to sports as a given. That's why they launched the "Expedition IJssel & Meer" campaign. With the walk around the IJsselmeer lake, they raised a fantastic €11,360!
The Alkmaar Youth Fund is thrilled with this wonderful donation and thanks the athletes and the organizers for their tremendous dedication and perseverance. The fund hopes this contribution will help many more children in Alkmaar!
